Anne has been in the financial services industry for over 25 years. She began at a large broker dealer as a risk analyst and associate portfolio manager where she and her team managed over $25 Billion. In 2005, she began working with individual investors helping them meet their specific needs, wants, and wishes as a financial advisor. She joined Vision Financial Services, in 2013 and is now president. She continues to work with families and business owners helping them meet their distinct goals. Anne works with a number of 401k and 403b plans as well as individual clients and currently manages over $260M in assets.
Anne earned a bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in finance and minors in economics and management information systems from the University of Delaware in Newark, Delaware, where she graduated cum laude. She holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM certification, a designation awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. and also earned the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor SM. Which allows her to focus specifically on retirement planning for her clients. Anne is a member of the Financial Planning Association and the Financial Services Institute.
As a professional Anne must act as a fiduciary, and therefore, in the best interest of the client, at all times when providing Financial Advice.
Anne has extensive experience in investing, asset allocation modeling, hedging and diversifying concentrated stock strategies and liability management. She is a critical thinker with a deep understanding of the complex needs of investors. Anne finds it most rewarding to be an integral part of clients' decision-making process and helping them pursue their goals and missions.
Anne lives in Toms River, New Jersey, with her husband, Frank, and her children Alex and Lily. Her hobbies include reading, traveling with her family, and playing golf. She teaches fitness classes at the OCYMCA, in her free time, and is a Certified Group Fitness Instructor.
Anne is dedicated to serving her community and her involvement extends to several organizations. She is a past Lieutenant Governor and President of Kiwanis Club, Division 4 of Toms River Daybreak. She is an active member of St. Joseph’s parish, most recently serving on their finance committee. Anne is also a member of the board of directors for Caregiver Volunteers of Central Jersey, 21Plus, and Ocean County College Foundation.
In being recognized for both her work, Anne was awarded a Young Altruistic Professional in 2009 by the United Way and Woman of Distinction in 2012 by Caregiver Volunteers of Central Jersey. Most recently, in 2023 she was the recipient of the Ocean County YMCA Red Triangle Award.
